My Dad, a certified geek, said he is very proud of me. During our graduation day for school year 2008-2009 at Merville Sacred Heart School I was named ‘Best in Computer’ for my Nursery 1 Class and was awarded a medal.   My mom is very proud of me, too, and she went on stage with me to accept my medal. 

I really like learning about computers and it helped a lot that both mom and dad have really nice laptops that they let me and my cool brother Johan use evey once in a while.

I HAVEN’T had a real haircut yet since birth.  Until February 01, 2009, that is.

My dad and mom worked very hard in convincing me to have a haircut.  Not that I don’t look good with my long hair, they said.  They just wanted to see how I would look like with shorter hair that’s all.  Better to experiment with different hair styles while I am still young, they went on to argue.  Looking back, I now have a funny feeling that they had other ulterior motives.  I think my dad was getting concerned that my bath time every morning was taking too long.  Or perhaps I was starting to consume too much shampoo it was already affecting the family budget.  Hmmm…

In the end my dad’s succeeded in sweet talking me into getting a haircut, and before I fully realized what I got myself into I was already in a salon and a lady was already washing my hair.  I have to confess that that felt really good.

And it so it came to pass.  My mom and dad seemed genuinely please with the outcome.  My cool brother Johan exclaimed, “COOL!”  Modesty aside, I looked very good with my erstwhile long hair.  But I do look great with my new hair-do.  It feels great, too!

LAST Valentine’s Day I made a simple greeting card for my mom and dad. It is my simple way of thanking them for their unconditional love for me and my cool brother, Johan. Also my way to tell them that I love them so much, too.

MY DAD, my cool brother Johan, and myself went to visit my mom who was working at her office one weekend (that’s right, she works even on weekends from time to time).

My mom let me try sitting behind her table.  It felt great!  When I grow up I’ll have my own spacious office with a big and nice table and a soft and comfortable swivel chair just like my mom.  That’s for sure.

ON THE OCCASION of their 8th wedding anniversary in December 2008, my mom and dad treated us to an out-of-town adventure in Subic, Zambales.

My cool brother Johan and I had a swell time watching the dolphins, false whale-sharks and sea lions do their cool and fun tricks.

We even had an opportunity to meet one of the dolphins up close and personal.

WITH A LITTLE HELP from my teacher in school I made this Christmas Card for my mom and dad.

And I mean every word in it.

HALLOWEEN is something I’ve come to look forward to.  More specifically, I look forward to the Halloween Parties in Philips, where my mom works.  It’s one swell time to dress up and meet new cool friends, including some super heroes and my favorite cartoon characters.

This year I am the Queen of the Nile.

These photos of mine are almost one year old already.  It was the New Year’s day of 2008 and my mom and dad bought a drum set for me and my cool brother Johan.  We had so much fun with the drums and for a while I felt like I was a real rock star. 

The drum set is long gone though.  When I grow up my mom will enroll me in a music school where I will learn to play real drums for a rock band.  For now I am learning the basics of playing musical instruments through a Piano lesson I am attending in school.

HI!  About three weeks ago my mommy and daddy brought me and my cool brother Johan to Glorietta to watch Diego and the singing Iguanas.
