Discovering Venice Piazza

Posted on

JUNE 26, SUNDAY.  Earlier that day the prospects of crazy fun and adventure was already apparent.  We all woke up too late to attend any of the morning masses in our parish church (our house is right behind the church).  We also would not make it to the late morning masses in any of the other churches we usually go to in Makati and nearby.

Determined to attend mass that morning (we were set to go somewhere in the afternoon), mom and dad brought us all the way to Sto. Domingo church in Quezon City.

But that was just a teaser for our busy day ahead.

After attending mass in Sto. Domingo church (it was lunch time by then), mom and dad decided that we were to find a place to eat lunch before we proceed to our planned destination somewhere in Las Piñas later that afternoon.

MOM WANTED to explore the new lunch and dinner places in McKinley Hills in BGC.  Not knowing what to expect to find there dad drove us around a couple of times before he and mom decided that we would check out this brand new place called Venice Piazza.

After checking out each and every single restaurant in Venice Piazza we finally settled on Sweet Pea.

After lunch we explored the whole place some more.  Armed only with his HTC’s Android Camera, dad snapped a lot of photos of us and the place anyway.

There is a covered playground and of course Johan and I had our chance to play there, too.
